About Robin Johnson and Eversheds

Robin Johnson is a senior corporate partner at Eversheds with particular focus on international affairs where he coordinates the corporate practices in Europe. He represents many US listed and UK listed companies and has participated in a number of thought leadership events in relation to corporate governance.
Robin has been a regular legal contributor to publications, most recently he has written articles on director duties relating to going concern statement and the focus on risk management. He is the Head of Eversheds Industrial Engineering Sector Group and Mergermarket recently put him in the top ten M&A lawyers in Europe. He is an independent member of the Council of the University of Leeds, the fifth largest university in the UK where he puts the principles of governance into practice.
