About Eugenio Grageda
Eugenio Grageda, graduated in 2008, studied law at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in México City. He has studies in international private and public law by the Académie de Droit International de la Haye. He has taken courses in international Tax Law in the University of Münster , Germany and in the International Tax Center of the University of Leiden, the Netherlands.

He has a diploma degree in International Taxation by the ITAM and Duke University in the United States.

Currently Eugenio works at the Mexican Revenue Agency. In the past, Eugenio has worked in areas of tax litigation and consultancy in international transactions at firms like Parás Asesores Fiscales, S.C. and PricewaterhouseCoopers, S.C., two of the most recognized Law firms in Mexico.

He won the price “Lic. Roberto Casas” to the best tax investigation in 2009 at the International Fiscal Association “Grupo Méxicano” for the thesis “Residence of companies and their taxation in an international arena” in which he proposed a new set of rules to determine the residence of corporations.

Eugenio is a member of the International Fiscal Association and has attended to several conferences and congresses overseas in relation with tax matters. He has published some other articles, also in the tax field.
