About Steve Jacob
Steve Jacob graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2008, where he emphasized in international law and corporate governance, and has been certified before the California Bar Association since March of 2009. In 2004 he earned a dual B.A. in History and Asian Studies from Utah State University and has since spent a great deal of time in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. In 2007 Steve interned with VILAF‐Hong Duc where, among a great deal of M&A work, he advised clients on corporate governance and business entities. He has been with Indochine Counsel as a foreign consultant for the last six months, working with international clients on matters ranging from corporate governance and M&A to social responsibility and financing issues.
